Richard Dobbs spent nearly three decades at McKinsey & Company, where he was a senior partner advising clients in multiple industries on strategy, organisation and transformations. He also was a director of the McKinsey Global Institute, the firm's business and economics research arm, leading influential research on the forces reshaping the global economy. Since retiring, he has served on a number of boards including the UK's Office of National Statistics, Lucy Group and Data Gumbo. He is co-author of "No Ordinary Disruption: The Four Global Forces Breaking All the Trends", and holds an MBA from Stanford, where he was a Fulbright Scholar.

Dr. Alok Aggarwal is a computer scientist and entrepreneur who has spent four decades at the frontier of artificial intelligence and data science. He is the founder, CEO and Chief Data Scientist of Scry AI, which he established in 2014 to advance research and development in AI, data science, and related disciplines. Portage AI works closely with Scry AI as a technology partner, and Dr. Aggarwal's appointment deepens that relationship at the board level.
Before founding Scry AI, Dr. Aggarwal spent 16 years as a research scientist at IBM's Thomas J. Watson Research Center, where his work spanned computational geometry, external-memory algorithms, and one of the first commercial AI-based solutions for supply chain optimization. He went on to found and serve as the first director of IBM's India Research Laboratory, and later co-founded and chaired Evalueserve, the global research and analytics firm. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and a B.Tech from IIT Delhi, where he was recognized with a Distinguished Alumni Award. He is the author of "The Fourth Industrial Revolution and 100 Years of AI (1950–2050)."
